“Big fish and big meat” uses whole pigs to make a table of New Year’s pig rice to welcome the arrival of the New Year

As autumn goes and winter comes, individuals within the village start to slaughter the pigs for the approaching new 12 months. It is not as full of life because the previous, and solely our household and my aunt’s are busy working collectively. We slaughtered a pig raised by uncle Ping, and I made many dishes with numerous elements of the pig. The entire household loved the annual pig feast to welcome the approaching new 12 months!
